Class dates: July 23rd, 30th August 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th, BH auditorium at 12:30pm-1:30pm
We are excited to introduce the residents to Functional Fitness classes, led by our expert Fitness Instructor, Marie Ende. This one-hour, moderate to high-intensity, mat-based class is designed to improve overall health and fitness through a combination of strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility exercises.
Recommended: 2 sets of dumbbells of varying weight, 1-2 resistance tubes, 1-2 mini elastic bands, Yoga mat, towel, water bottle.
Registration Starts on July 15th for Residents (9am for walk-ins, 9:30am for online) July 18th for Non-Residents
Patrons must choose between Maria End's two classes to attend.
