Program Description

class dates: July 23rd, 30th, August 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th BH auditorium at 2pm-3pm

With the use of our bodyweight, chairs, bands & light weights, the class will focus on improving overall health. We will be building our strength, improving balance, mobility and increasing our endurance, all of which will enhance our activities of daily life.

Items Required:

  • Dumbbell (weights of your choice)
  • 1-2 resistance flat bands
  • resistance mini bands (1-2 of different strength)
  • Water bottle

Registration Starts on July 15th on 9am. July 18th for Non-Residents

Patrons must choose between Maria End's two classes to attend.
