  AI “friend” apps are becoming more common and more personal. In this welcoming, beginner-friendly workshop, Chrissy B. will explain what AI companions are, why they are popular (especially with teens), and what adults should know. You will also learn the basics of how different AI programs work, like ChatGPT, and how to use them safely and smartly.
