Laura is back to show the kids yoga moves and relaxation techniques to keep their bodies and mind healthy.
Everyone needs to bring a mat or towel with them for the class.
A parent/guardian must remain in the building for the entirety of the program.
Non-residents can register one week before program.

Help the library plan programs, create displays, find new books to buy, and more. Earn 1 hour of community service credit for attending!
