Tai Chi Chuan uses relaxed, calming, choreographed movements to promote strength, stamina, energy, balance, and more! Exercises may be done sitting or standing.
Ari Bisk will he here to show your child all kinds of magic tricks. The kids will be able to take home their own deck of cards to keep practicing their new skill!
