The St. Francis Hospital Community Health, education & Outreach Proram is pleased to offer FREE health screenings to your community.

Health Screenings are first come, first served, no appointment necessary.

Staffed by Registred Nurses from St. Francis Hospital/Catholic Health, our screenings include:

  • a brief cardiac history
  • blood pressure
  • cholesterol (finger stick blook test)
  • diabetes (finger stick blood test)

The St. Francis Outreach Bus will be stationed in the Bar Harbour Library Building Parking lot, and once again, no appointment is needed.

Learn how to paint in watercolor using the wet-in-wet method.  Preparing the picture and blending colors will be taught.  Subject matter will inclue painting flowers, still lifes, landscapes, seascapes and snow scenes.
