Class dates: February 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th at BH auditorium at 11:30am -12:30am
With the use of our bodyweight, chairs, bands & light weights, the class will focus on improving overall health. We will be building our strength, improving balance, mobility and increasing our endurance, all of which will enhance our activities of daily life.
Items Required:
- Dumbbell (weights of your choice)
- 1-2 resistance flat bands
- resistance mini bands (1-2 of different strength)
- Water bottle
