Event Details

Tai Chi Chuan uses relaxed, calming, choreographed movements to promote strength, stamina, energy, balance, and more! Exercises may be done sitting or standing.  Virtual Zoom class.

Classes will be on March 12, 19, 26 and April 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30th.
