Event Details

Tai Chi Chuan uses relaxed, calming, choreographed movements to promote strength, stamina, energy, balance, and more! Exercises may be done sitting or standing.  Virtual Zoom class.

Session dates will be November 5, 12, and 19, and December 3, 10, and 17.
