This three-week series with Harmony Cafe wil guide you in making healthier food choices through practical steps like reading food labels, reducing ultra-processed foods, and incorporating more whole, plant-based options. Each class includes a budget-friendly food demo and tasting to inspire easy, health meals.  You'll leave with simple strategies to improve your diet and reduce the risk of obesity and chronic disease.

Part One: Decoding Food Labels

Learn to read all the information on a a food label and the impact processed foods have on your body.  In class, we'll introduce a simple, budget-friendly recipe and offer a tasting of the dish.
